Credit and Cardlock Applications

Prairie Sky Co-op is pleased to offer a variety of charge account options to meet the diverse needs of our members. We offer a net 30 day charge account* for both personal and commercial use. Merchandise may be charged at the following locations: Home Centre, Agro Centres, or fuel at Gas Bars/Cardlock.

Members who wish to utilize these charging privileges provided by Prairie Sky Co-op must provide the Credit Department with a fully completed and signed credit application, which then must meet the criteria of our Co-op to be approved by the Credit Manager. You will be notified by a formal letter on the status of your application.

Please download and complete in FULL the applicable application form(s) for your needs.

Submit the application forms (including cardlock) to :

• Drop off directly at the Administration office located at the food store. Please place your application in a sealed envelope addressed to the Credit Office

* Purchases made during any calendar month of this account must be paid in FULL on or before the end of the following month. Our terms are strictly net 30 days from statement date.

Consumer / Non-Corporate Farm Credit Application (fillable form below)
For memberships in an individual’s personal name and/or for non corporate farm use (proprietorship).
Government issued proof of consumer is required. I.E. drivers license or passport.

Commercial / Corporate Farm Credit Application (fillable form below)
For memberships in a business name and/or incorporated business (INC, LTD, CORP, etc.).
A Personal/Corporate Guarantee must be completed for your business.
Business registration documents are required.

Cardlock Application (fillable form below)
A completed credit application—either consumer or commercial—must accompany this application.

FFC (Federal Fuel Charge) Exemption certificate for farmers
